Sacha Inchi oil is one of the few exotic oils found in the Amazon rainforest. Sachi oil is quite unique because it contains a good mixture of healthy fats omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9. In fact, it is one of the highest sources of omega-3 among plants, which is helpful in reducing the severity of cardiovascular disease and reducing inflammation in our body’s immune system. Sacha inchi oil contains up to 53% by weight, much more than others and compared with omega-3, Sacha inchi is ranked above other notable omega-3 rich sources such as linseed oil and perilla oil. Contains high content of Vitamin E Pure cold pressed from Sacha Inchi seeds derived from Amazon forests grown in Vietnam by organic methods (organic), so has retained 100% of natural substances containing up to 45% Omega 3; 35% Omega 6; 10% Omega 9 and Vitamin E content 230mg / 100g. Ingredients: 100% Sacha Inchi cold pressed oil
Nutrition content above 100mg: – Lipid <= 100 (g / 100g) – Omega 3: 40-45 (g / 100g) – Omega 6: 35-40 (g / 100g) – Omega 9: 6-12 (g / 100g).

USE

This is a high Omega 3 6 9 vegetable oil, should be eaten directly from 1-2ml / day, can be mixed with salad, stir-fried dishes, served with yogurt, NOT recommended for frying.
